New Teacher Institute is designed to provide new educators the skills needed for a successful start to the first day in the classroom and to continue that success throughout their teaching careers. NTI 2010 is an inclusive seven-day event that wraps around the MoACTE Summer Conference. Participants are enrolled in the NTI/Foundations of Education course (CTE 4140) through the University of Central Missouri, and can earn 3 credit hours toward their Career Education Temporary Authorization Certificate (TAC) or Career License to Teach Secondary or Adult students.
