- This course is designed to provide seventh and eighth grade students with an introduction to the agricultural industry. Curriculum contains seven units with 33 lessons with topics including the definition of agriculture, its place in the world, and agricultural related careers. Instructor and student materials are available. These materials were developed by the Instructional Materials Lab at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
